Our policies

How we keep children safe and well

Secure entry

Doors are keypad-locked. Only approved adults on your pick-up list can collect your child, with photo ID checked at the door.

Ratios we keep to

We keep to our own published ratios in every room and never combine rooms to cover a shortfall.

Allergy policy

Every allergy is recorded, posted in the kitchen and the room, and reviewed with you before your first day. We keep the building nut-free.

Sick-day policy

Children with a fever, vomiting or diarrhea stay home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours. We tell you right away if your child becomes unwell.

Safe sleep

Infants sleep on their backs in their own cots, with a teacher checking the room throughout every nap.

Outdoor safety

Sunscreen, hats and shade in summer, warm layers in winter, and fenced play spaces checked daily.
