About this room
Toddlers are scientists of everything within reach. Our room is set up with low shelves and open-ended materials so children can choose, carry, stack and tip things over without hearing “no” all day.
Routines are predictable and gentle: the same greeting, the same songs, the same order to the day. That rhythm helps young children feel safe enough to try new things.
Teachers narrate what children do and feel, name emotions and offer simple choices. Daily notes tell you what your child explored, what they ate and how they rested.

7:00 am
Drop-off: settle in with a book basket and a quiet snack.
9:00 am
Play: blocks, loose parts, play dough and first art.
11:15 am

Nap: one long rest on low cots, with a favourite blanket.
3:00 pm
Outdoor: mud kitchen, ramps and the sand pit.
