About this room
Pre-K children are ready for responsibility. They run the morning meeting, care for the garden beds and keep nature journals that grow through the year.
Early literacy and maths come from real needs: writing a sign for the block corner, counting seeds, measuring the growing bean plant.
Teachers talk with families about what a smooth move to kindergarten looks like and share each child’s portfolio at the end of the year.
