Information we collect
When you book a tour, join a waitlist or enrol, we collect your name, contact details, your child’s age and the schedule you need. After enrolment we also hold health, allergy and emergency contact information.
How we use it
We use this information to run the centre, keep your child safe, communicate with you and meet our legal duties. We do not sell personal information.
Photos and daily notes
Daily notes and photos are shared only with your family through the parent portal. We ask permission before using any photo outside the centre.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@acornly.example.
Visit us
Come and see which room feels like home
Tours take about 30 minutes and run on weekday mornings and Saturdays. Pick a room on the right and we will show you the classroom, the garden and a typical day.
